This Privacy Policy explains how the Omniverse Compute ("OMC") project team ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit omc.network and its subdomains, including top.omc.network and forum.omc.network (together, the "Site").
This document is provided in English. It is the authoritative version of our privacy practices.
2.1 Information you give us. If you contact us by email or through our social channels, we receive the content of your message and your contact details. We use these only to answer you.
2.2 Wallet and blockchain data. The Airdrop page can connect a browser wallet (for example MetaMask) so that you can sign to prove address ownership. In that case we process your public wallet address and the signature. A public address and its on-chain history are inherently public information recorded on a blockchain. We never obtain, request or store your private key or seed phrase.
2.3 Automatically processed technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs when you request a page — IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention and performance monitoring. These logs are retained by the provider for a short period.
2.4 Local storage on your device. We use localStorage keys for the following purposes. They stay on your device and are not transmitted to us:
omc_lang — your selected interface language.omc_airdrop_v1 — your local record of airdrop entries.omc_session_v1 — a wallet session marker on the Airdrop page.We do not sell your personal information.
We do not set first-party cookies for analytics or profiling. Cookies and similar technologies on the Site come from third-party advertising (Google AdSense) and from embedded third-party content. Those third parties may collect information directly from your browser when their content is loaded or an ad is served.
The Site is monetized with Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons and device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
Where required by law (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), we present a consent message before advertising cookies are used, provided through Google's certified consent management platform. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by using the privacy options link shown on the Site.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process information on the following bases: your consent (advertising cookies and personalized ads), our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, operating the Site), the performance of a service you request (answering enquiries, enabling airdrop participation) and compliance with legal obligations.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your data for cross-context behavioural advertising other than through the advertising partners described in section 5, which is controlled by your consent choice.
To exercise any right, contact us at the address in section 13.
The Site is served from global content-delivery infrastructure and our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses offered by the relevant provider.
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to respond and to keep records of the request. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short operational period. On-chain data is permanent by design. Data in your browser's localStorage remains until you clear it.
The Site is served over HTTPS. Because we hold very little personal data, we limit collection rather than rely on protection alone. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and devices.
The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Questions about this policy or requests relating to your data: support@omc.network. You can also reach us through the community channels listed on our About & Contact page.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of the page will always show the current version. Material changes will also be announced in the News section of the Site.
Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer to sell securities. OMC is a utility token used within a decentralized computing network. Digital assets are highly volatile and carry the risk of total loss. Always do your own research and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.
